Harassment of any kind is considered a serious breach of this code of conduct. The policy applies equally to attendees, staff, volunteers, and contractors.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

• Discrimination or unfair treatment based on age, race, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, personal beliefs, fetish interests, or religion
• Unwanted physical contact of any kind
• Unwelcome sexual attention
• Harassing photography or video recording
• Deliberate intimidation, threats, stalking, or following.

Participants asked to stop harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. No means no – if you asked by another individual to leave them alone then you must respect their wishes.

Individuals experiencing harassment or having a conflict with another attendee should cease further interaction and contact any member of Skins & Punks United We Stand, venue staff/security or event staff/security.
